Phase 3 is where we take you into maintaining your weight loss whilst also focusing on optimal nutrition. We will be teaching you techniques like visual quantification, which you'll start to learn in Phase 2 because you're weighing out a calorie controlled amount of foods during phase to to make your meals. We will be writing you a macro split in, which is the amount of calories you need broken down into a set of micronutrients, amino acids, carbohydrates, essential fatty acids.
When you combine that knowledge and understanding (example) how much 60gm of rice that has been weighed and cooked looks like on a plate. All these techniques add up to sticking to a good level of macronutrient intake, visual qualification to be simplified, which is quite literally understanding that how much is on a plate (total calories) but more importantly, from a micronutrients perspective that's far easier to comprehend when trying to count calories, also combined with optimal nutrition, optimal hydration and study material.
